Punjab Small Industries & Export Corporation limited was set up in the year 1962 with one of the objectives of promoting handicrafts and local arts through its ‘Phulkari’ emporiums. Ever since it has led many initiatives to showcase Punjab’s rich heritage and culture on a national scale. Currently it has 5 active locations based out of Amritsar, Chandigarh, Delhi, Kolkata and Patiala. Phulkari, Punjab Government.

Phulkari, an undertaking by the Punjab Small Industries & Export Corporation, has an objective of promoting the craft of Phulkari and its craftsmen by selling their products. The brand has been given a modern and minimalistic look. As a brand focusing on promoting the craft of Phulkari through deliverance of products that showcase this rich craft form, the aim was to create a cohesive brand identity that resonates with the brand’s story and also resonates with the viewers.
Hence, the logo includes the most widely embroidered Phulkari design.
